The MILNER Difference is a unique Guarantee that gives you a
NO RISK relationship with us. We perform, or you don’t pay! If we do not fulfill our responsibility to you under the following Guarantees, you may return the equipment and we will cancel the remaining lease payments. We require only that your account be current, and that you give us 30 days written notice to correct the situation. The Guarantees apply to equipment continuously covered by our Maintenance and Supply Programs.
If you’re not satisfied with your copier, printer or fax machine due to performance, MILNER will replace it -- free of charge -- with an identical model or one with comparable capabilities.
This guarantee will stay in effect for three years from the date of installation, provided it is maintained continuously under a MILNER Service Agreement.
The MILNER guarantee does not cover equipment that has been abused, run outside of manufacturer specifications or damaged by an act of nature, i.e. flood, fire, etc.

Product Performance Guarantee |
New equipment is guaranteed to perform to manufacturer specifications for as long as you own it. Reconditioned equipment is guaranteed to perform to manufacturer specifications for one year. If we are not able to repair your equipment in your office, we will provide you with a free temporary replacement until the repair has been completed. If your equipment cannot be repaired, we will replace it with equipment of equal capability at no additional charge.
