Lexmark Introduces New Mobile Workflows App

Lexmark International, Inc. previewed its new mobile workflows app at the HIMSS conference in Las Vegas. The app enables rapid creation of custom mobile workflow solutions that simplify business processes in healthcare and other industries.

Lexmark International, Inc. previewed its new mobile workflows app at the HIMSS conference in Las Vegas. The app enables rapid creation of custom mobile workflow solutions that simplify business processes in healthcare and other industries.

Lexmark's solution allows business users to easily create custom workflows – such as clinical photo capture, incident reporting or travel and expense processing – and rapidly share them with their workforce via the mobile workflows app for smartphones and tablets.

With the Lexmark mobile workflows app, you can:

  • Develop and deliver solutions in minutes, not days or weeks
  • Create many custom workflows and run them all using one app, regardless of the device or operating system
  • Send custom solutions via email to any mobile device that has the Lexmark mobile workflows app installed

    Great post Ben, and a process we're going thguorh at the moment. A key, for me at least, is extrapolating the use the best technology for the job from the classroom to classroom support if an intranet solution or other productivity tool is the best tool at the time, then use it. Similarly, if a book in the Deputy's office is more effective and efficient, the you'd be mad to turn your back on it. It is all about the purpose
